Customer Service Terms – Bela Hair

 

Bela Hair operates in compliance with Consumer Protection Laws and adheres to international e-business codes.

 

1. Shipping

 

Order Procedure:

 

Product Selection: Select products from the online store by clicking “Add to cart” on the product page.

Cart Confirmation: Review your cart, adjust quantities, add or remove items, and apply discount codes if available.

Address Input: Choose the delivery address, which can be different from your billing address.

Delivery Method: Select your preferred delivery option and finalize the order details.

Payment: Verify your order, accept the terms of purchase, and confirm the payment.

 

Upon order completion, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order details, general terms, and a durable medium agreement between the buyer and seller.

 

Order Modifications/Cancellations:

To cancel or modify your order before shipment, contact the store manager via email. If changes or cancellations are not made within the stipulated timeframe, the purchase agreement becomes binding. After this point, returns can still be made as per sections 4 and 5 of the General Terms.

 

Purchase Agreement:

The agreement becomes binding when the “Order Confirmation and Shipment Notification” is sent. All terms, conditions, and prices are fixed from this moment. The order details will be saved electronically.

 

2. Prices

 

All website prices are final, including taxes (VAT). Prices on the order page reflect VAT-inclusive rates. Discounts and promotional prices may apply to orders placed through the website, email, or phone and may not always be cumulative.

The seller reserves the right to change prices, and buyers will be informed promptly. An invoice will be provided on a durable medium.

 

3. Purchase of Goods

 

Orders will be delivered as quickly as possible. If you are unavailable during delivery, the package may be left at the nearest post office or an authorized location. The seller may change delivery partners if needed.

 

4. Right to Withdraw from Purchase and Return Goods

 

Buyers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the items, provided the request is submitted in writing via email with the completed return form. This applies only to individuals making purchases for personal use.

 

Extended Return Policy:

We offer an extended return period of up to 180 days, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy and Refund Policy. The extended return is valid if:

 

The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The quantity and quality of the product are unaltered.

Perishable items or products with limited shelf life must be returned unopened.

 

Return Conditions:

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are processed based on the original payment method, subject to inspection and approval upon receiving the returned goods.
